What Stays Dark and What's On: Privacy Here
This site is built around lights out and lights on. Its privacy notice runs the same way: the indigo band is what stays dark, and the light section below it is what is switched on.
What stays dark
Never collected, on any page, at any hour.
- Card and bank details. This website sells nothing; the installer is paid after the work, away from the site.
- Advertising data. The one counter is not plugged into any advertiser, and pixels, retargeting tags, chat windows and social buttons are all absent.
- Lists. No newsletter, no text campaign, nothing you could be added to.
- Anything you did not send. Read the site and leave, and all the counter saw was a page view.

What's on
- The quote form. Who you are, how to reach you, which town, what you need done, and the notes about the house: gas service or an LP tank, well or city water, rough square footage. The form shows up as an email and turns into a return call and a site visit. No one buys it, no other company gets it, and it serves no other purpose.
- The phone. Calls to (912) 454-6565 may be recorded and written up as a transcript, so the house you described is the house that gets sized, and so the recording can be played back later if a question comes up. Georgia's law asks for one consenting party, and that is us. Prefer no recording? The form reaches the same installer, and the return call carries none.
- The counter. Google Analytics keeps three numbers: visits, pages opened, phone-link taps. It relies on cookies of its own to keep visitors distinct, it is the only measurement on the site, and its only job is to say whether the pages help.
Host and carrier: the company serving these pages and the carrier running the number each keep the standard records of their trade, governed by their own policies. Anything you sent can be corrected or deleted with one call, or by answering the email that your request produced.
